FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical project take?

Most engagements deliver a working prototype within 3–6 weeks and a production system within 3–6 months, depending on scope. We work iteratively, so you see progress every week.

Do you work with our existing systems?

Yes — that's usually the point. We integrate with ERPs, CRMs, SQL databases, spreadsheets and cloud applications rather than asking you to replace them.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. Everything we build — code, infrastructure, data models and documentation — is delivered under your ownership, in your repositories and cloud accounts.

Can you take over or extend an existing platform?

Yes. We regularly audit, stabilize and extend systems built by other teams, and we're honest about what should be kept versus rebuilt.

How do you price engagements?

After discovery we propose a fixed-scope prototype phase, then either fixed-price phases or a monthly engineering engagement. No open-ended time and materials without agreed outcomes.

Ready to improve how your business operates?

Tell us what's slowing your team down. We'll help identify where optimization, automation, data, or AI can make the biggest difference.

  1. You book a 45-minute call

We walk through the process that hurts and where the time actually goes.

  2. You get a written diagnosis

What to optimize, what to automate, what to replace — and what to leave exactly as it is.

  3. You decide

No obligation to build anything with us. The diagnosis is yours either way.
