Why we exist
Most companies don't have a technology problem — they have a fragmentation problem. Data lives in ERPs, spreadsheets, emails and legacy tools that don't talk to each other. Decisions get made late, on numbers nobody fully trusts.
Datanova exists to close the gap between consultancies that don't build and dev shops that don't understand operations. Most of that gap is handoffs — a strategy deck thrown over a wall to a delivery team that never sat in the room. Here there are none. One person carries a project from the first conversation to production.
That means we take on fewer projects than a larger shop, and we will tell you when yours needs more hands than we have. It also means there is nobody to hide behind, which tends to keep the estimates honest.
